🧤 The Mitten Tree – Free Hats & Mittens
Scout Troop 4383 is putting up a Mitten Tree at City Hall on December 6. Families who need a little help this winter are welcome to stop in during regular hours and choose hats and mittens.

Parks & Rec will accept additional donated hats and mittens through December 23, and the tree will remain up through January 9.
